Our instructors are mature, professional, extremely knowledgeable and great with kids.  We pride ourselves in taking a sincere interest in seeing our students succeed.  Not only do all of our instructors receive at least 30 hours of training before they can teach a class unassisted by a senior instructor, they also receive continual training to ensure that our students are getting the best instruction possible. 

In addition, we frequently evaluate the progression of each student to make certain that every student is in the most appropriate class with its corresponding skill level.  To make sure that our students are learning and are happy, we actively solicit feedback from parents and students to let us know how our instructors are doing, and if there’s anything at all that we can be doing better. 

We greatly appreciate and value any and all feedback, suggestions and even complaints.  We believe the only way to provide the finest instruction, and the only way that we can become a better swim school to our students, is to listen to what our parents and students have to say.  Please take the time to bring any suggestions or feedback to our attention – good or bad.  We really care about what you have to say.

Classes and instructors are always subject to change for various reasons.  The most common reason is students swim skills improve and need to be moved to a more advanced swim level.  However, there are instances where class moves are required due to enrollment.
